Acronis Online Backup subscription Still listed as expired after renewal

I am using Acronis True Image 2010 Plus Pack with online backup. I renewe my online backup subscription before it was to expire on Nov 22 2012. When I access my account page acronis online backup has been updated to reflect new expiration date Nov 22 2013, however when I login to online backup via acronis true image 2010 I am told I cannot backup anymore because my subscription has expired. Everything will be deleted in 23 days. What should I do?

I have a similar question about my subscription, this one is for Backup & Recovery 2010 home. I have gotten a note that my subscription is about to expire (9 days). I believe this was a free subscription when I first got it January 2012. What I use is the online backup feature. I would like to continue using this very good software. What must I do to extend/renew my subscription to the home version?
