Acronis owes us something nice for buying TI2011.

Thread needs solution

In addition to fixing this piece of stuff, Acronis really needs to compensate purchasers in some valuable and meaningful way. And not like the deals they offer when buying the add-ons that ought to be in the product. After you have already found a deal and bought the base product.

Acronis has a lot to answer for in in terms of user confusion, lost data, wasted customer time, lack of timely.meaningful response. Huge waste of customer time. A lot of people thinking they are protected and they really are not.

Not the compensation I am talking about, but for those returning to 2010, if they bought the add-on for 2011 what can they do if they did not buy it for 2010? Will the 2011 work?

The Plus Pack needs to be the same build as the main program. So the 2011 PP is not supposed to work with 2010.
