Acronis says, "The Last Backup Has Failed." So now what?
This is so damned frustrating. It tells me it failed and then doesn't even give me a hint as to WHY it failed. I went up to Help and then generated a system report. It gives me all these files that are mostly gibberish text files, along with two event viewer logs. When I open these logs in Event Viewer it tells me a very long list of all kinds of different stuff that went wrong supposedly. IT WAS WORKING FINE TWO WEEKS AGO. How the hell do I know which problem is the real problem? I do not have a virus. I do not have a hardware failure. There is plenty of room on my backup drive. I'm about to uninstall Acronis and light the son of a bitch on fire.
How do I get to the bottom of what the hell is really going on here? I love how Acronis won't even help people with their software. They want you to pay for support, yeah right, I'll just struggle along with Windows Backup and Restore before I pay more money for support of a product I already paid for.
