Acronis Secure Zone on SSD
Hallo Forum
I just upgraded my 160GB HDD to an 256GB SSD. Everything works well except building the Acronis Secure Zone on the drive. While creating it Acronis True Image Home 2010 ask me to re-boot. In the boot-up sequence i get an error message from ATI saying secure zone could not be created.
I bought Acronis True Image Home 2010 because it supports Windows 7 which is optimized for Solid State Drives and the company did not mention anything about it not being able to support SSD.
Luckily before cloning my HDD i erased my Secure Zone since i would now have an unassigned partition on my new SSD.
Is there a chance for a workaround of this problem, is this going to be fixed in an update or should i just use the product for what i intentionaly bought it, namely to create incremental backups of my drive.
My System: Windows 7 32Bit, Acronis True Image Home 2010 Build 6.053 (German Version).
Thank you for the support
