Acronis TI 11 Problems

Hello all.

I have True Image 11 and I'm having trouble in getting it to work properly. I've since made an image of my computer (Restore) that I want to go back too but I'm having trouble getting it to restore.

It won't work in Windows so I use the Acronis CD to Boot and then I use the CD with the image file but Acronis is saying it can't detect any Drives why is this?
