Acronis TI 2011 Home option to Wakeup computer from Sleep etc. not availiable when using Win7 Ultimate

I downloaded the 2011 Home trial software to my Toshiba laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate and ran several scheduled backups using the Advanced Setting - "Wakeup Computer from sleep/hibernation to run a backup". I have my computer set to "sleep" when the lid is closed and the backups ran as scheduled, something I could not do with my Acronis TI 11 without writing special code. I then unistalled the trial program, purchased the software, and registered the validation code to my Acronis Account and redownloaded 2011 Home from my account. But now when I ran the software I found that the setting "Wakeup up computer etc." was missing. Since it was over a weekend and Support was not available I unistalled and re-installed several times but the problem persisted. I called support on Monday and was told I was not eligible for "free" telephone support. After a brief "discussion" he got permission to help me. It was a good thing as I spent over an hour on and off "remote control" and his passing the problem up to a higher support team. I cannot image doing it with "CHAT". The support team immediately checked my "Power Options" and found that "Allow Hybrid Sleep" was NOT checked. How it became unchecked I do not know as I did not change any of my computer setting during by install/uninstalls. Once it was checked it acted as a switch and the Wakeup Computer option displayed correctly when the program was opened.
