Rebooting just stops the process, but I can't cancel or it stops the backup immediately! I bought this program 2 years ago and have never used it. HELP! Why can't I get is to back up and not keep needing to reboot? I turned off my spyware program thinking that might be it but it didnt help. Still left McAfee running tho'. I don't think the backup completed in 10 seconds before it rebooted.... any help woudl be appreciated Connie

Are you starting a disk and partition backup or a clone? it looks like you are starting a cloning process. ATI shouldn't have to reboot to start a backup.
