Acronis True Image 2010
Guten Tag,
TrueImage.exe CPU 0%
TrueImgaeHomeService.exe 50%
Sonst wird kein Programm ausgeführt. Alles auf 0%.
Priorität ist auf Hoch gesetzt.
Wie kann ich das Problem umgehen?
Danke für Infos.

I have the same problem.
Firewall? Macafee I am using.
I did it manually.
I am using WIndows 7 Home Premium.
Your last question I do not understand: services.msc. What does that mean?
And: When I start the one-click, the following error appears: (0x0)
Tag = 0x0
Problems, problems. ...
Thanks for an answers, Martin

Martin:
Are you using the German language version of TI 2010?
If yes, are you using the German language version of Windows 7?
Services refers to Microsoft Services - press Windows button + r, type in services.msc, click OK. The list of Windows Services will appear, Check that RPC Server is running and set to automatic.
If you right click on My Computer from the desktop or if that icon isn't on your desktop by right clicking on Computer from the start button, choose Manage, then look in Events. Do you have any errors or warnings relating to True Image?
Goto the folder/directory that True Image.exe is in, right click on TI and check to see if it is set to XP compatibility mode, if it is untick it, same for scheduler2 which will be in the C:\Program Files \Common Files\Acronis\Schedule2 folder.
There is one person who had this problem, who managed to get this error to disappear by doing the following.

No, that doesn't work: Because - like above - that process of BAckup will produce the error
"Sammle Informationen über geschützte Datein. Bitte warten..."
I have no idea what to do.
Do you have any? Thanks, Martin
