Acronis True Image App LOgin issues

Thread needs solution

I am running windows 10 and when i try to log into the acronis application I keep getting a message that says an error has occured while signing in view the knowledge base for more information. I have not been able to solve this or find anymore information on it. Any help would be much appreciated

Michael, welcome to these user forums.

It sounds as if you have set the wrong or incorrect credentials for your Acronis user account where you registered your ATIH 2015 software.  You should be able to see the user email address on the ATIH 2015 GUI Account page - if you click on this you should see some further options which should include one to sign-out, you can then try again by entering the correct credentials again.

And for any account, registration or licensing issues, don't hesitate to contact Acronis technical support directly - it's always covered (even if you're past the 2 years support period).  Only they have access to help resolve logon/password issues.

Select "customer care" as the issue type. Then registration and account issues for the sub-category.  No need to log in to be able to do this.
