Acronis True Image has stopped working; ver Home 2010

Ver Home 2010-- Its been a couple of years since I did a backup. Everytime I try to do an image backup I get pop-up window message "Acronics True Image has stopped working". I run as an Adminstator. The program has worked in the past.

I notice the cert date expired in 2012.

I uninstalled the program and re-installed from my original disc selecting "typical" install. I got the same pop-up message with the new installed program.

Can you please help.
