Acronis True Image Home 2010 Crash on several positions on Windows 7 x64
Dear,
I just upgraded from True Image Home 2009 to 2010 because I also use Windows 7 x64.
While the restore of data from True Image Home 2009 Image worked perfectly until now with 2010 on my new system, I got crashs every time I want to make a backup from my new system with 2010.
This happens also, if I click "Nonstop Backup" in the favorite list in the main window on the right.
This is the Crash report from Windows 7:

This issue also happens, if I edit a task and close it (without saving).
But then, the crash log looks like this:

My system is very new with all updates installed and nearly no other software.
Could you please help me with this issue?
Best regards

Solved the problem. I had my iPod connected to the computer when attempting to add the back-up task. When I removed the iPod, I was able to create the task without the error.

Acronis Easy Migrate is not working. No matter what I attempted, even according to the manual< I could not get ether the clone parition or new harddisk to copy my old HD to my new HD. Ether the whole disk or just a partition. The only time it , kind of worked, it did copy the C partition to the new drive but would not copy D:, E:, or F:. The partitions on my old HD are all NTFS. I have spent more than two days attempting anything everything mentioned in the program and in the users manual. I would have saved time, money and aggravation jsut reinstalling the programs on
Win 7. At this time all I wish is my money back...

If you cannot get it working on your system you should seek a refund.
