Acronis True Image Home 2010 Crashes on new pc
Thread needs solution
I have just received a new Dell PC. The only application I have installed is Acronis True Image Home 2010. During the install I was advised there was a newer version and offered to connect to the web server to down-load. I replied yes but after sometime advised an error had occurred.
I then installed from the original CD. I then downloaded the update.
I can open the program from the desktop. When I try any option the application freezes. It states windows is looking for a solution to the problem but hangs until cancel is pressed.
The system is as received from Dell. I wanted to perform a system backup before any applications are installed onto the PC.
OS is Win 7 64bit.
How can I get Acronis to work please?
