Acronis True image home 2010 doesn't run program

Hi all,

I start computer with cd boot Acronis True Image home 2010, after few minuts the program doesn't work.

My configuration:
Motherboard GigaByte GA-G31m-ES2L
1Gb ram
CD ROM UNIT
Harddisk Maxtor DiamondMax IDE 40gb

Need more details ... how far into the booting process does it get to? What OS are you using?

I created the Acronis boot CD under OS Vista and start in new PC with OS Windows 7 for to do backups.

After logo (Acronis) and message "Loading, please wait" the program scan device then screen goes black and the keyboard lights flashing (caps lock, bloc scorr).

It 's very strange but i think a hardware incompatibility.
Is there a safe modality to startup?
