Acronis True Image Home 2011 backup to NAS failure

Hello support,

I have following problem.
When I try to do a backup with Acronis True Image 2011
from my Laptop, to my Synology backup server on my network it doesn’t work.
I access the backupserver wireless. When I start Acronis TI 2011,
I select the files to backup and the target ( Synology server), I can select
him on the network but when I start the backup it’s gives an error : 0X0004000A.
I made a Acronis system report and I add it in this mail.
On your website I can’t fine more info about it..
What could cause this error?

I do all my backups to NAS and don't have any issues (but I don't use wireless as the transport cause its way too slow).  I specify backup locations using the fully qualified resource name like this: \\NAS01\Backups\Acronis\WorkstationName\PartitionBackups 

I then have to specify the authentication settings for username and password on my NAS server.

So far it hasn't failed for me.
