acronis true image home 2012 synchronization doesn't log on

Thread needs solution

Hello there,
I have just upgraded to True Image Home2012 but when I try to use the synchronization tab, and enter my log on details, it just sits there with the spinning icon and doesn't log on. I have my account with Acronis and am not sure what else I should do.
I would be grateful for some advise.

Try uninstalling/reboot/reinstalling. Make sure your firewall is not obstructing ATI.
Otherwise, you will have to contact Acronis support for that, I am afraid.
