Acronis True Image, restoring system with secondary drive mirrored after backup

Hi,

While ago I've done a backup with Acronis 2013 of my system SSD (drive C:) but at the time my secondary HDD was only a single volume.

Recently I've added another secondary drive and mirrored them both using windows 7 built in raid (not the chipset one). So I see just two drives C and D (D consists of two physical HDDs)

My question is, if I restore my system now will it see properly my secondary HDD as on mirrored drive? or there will be a problem because they were mirrored after the backup was made?
