Acronis will not back up my system and I DON'T Want to upgrade to 2013!!!!
Thread needs solution
I am so tired of sending you people money and have this product work some of the time.
When I try to manually start the back to a CIFS share I get failed to run task with GUID blahblah. I looked this up in the knowledge base and it says I need to upgrade the product. I updated to the latest version of acronis true image home plus back update 3 build 6942. I DO NOT want to upgrade to 2013. I want THIS software to work. I opened a ticket on this issue when it was supported, you told me it was fixed then and now it is not working again.
When I let the scheduler run the same backup I get Error while processing script file.
I would like a definitive answer on how to fix this for this version of Acronis.
