Is this ABR11.5 or TIH2013 you are having the problem with?

How are you trying to access the NAS, UNC, IP, Mapped drive?

What brand and model is the NAS?

From your description, you have had no problem in making an image, are you recovering from within Windows or from the recovery CD?
