Thread needs solution

OK, I've been beat into submission. How the heck do I log into the acronis.com site? I'm not a new user by any means having had True Image for some time. How do I contact support to straighten this nonsense out?

I've tried [utting in my serial number but that's not recognized. I've tried putting in both emails that I may have used and that's not recognized. What the heck?

Please help.

Basically, you need to log into the Acronis.com website using your email address and using the same password as you normally use on the forum.

In order to get support, first you TrueImage version must be registered. If not already registered, you can register it now.
If already registered, go into your account and the serial number is available for retrieval. It is 64 characters which would imply that it number be copied into clipboard for usage.

If 2014 is the the version, if you have purchased within the past 30 days, you qualify for for the free first 30 days of support.
If more than 30 days, there is support for pay or the forum.

I've been logging in for almost as long as they've had a web site and I can't do it today without using open in new window after every input. After logging in, the screen looks the same but right click a selection and click on open in new window, and the new window will show up. You have to keep sidling through the website this way until they get it sorted out. Worse, however, my 2013 and 2014 products don't show on the product list or on the list of all serials. I'm sure it will be sorted out sooner or later.
