AcronisTibMounterMonitor?
What is AcronisTibMounterMonitor? If I do not do online or ongoing [auto] backups, is it necessary?

Thanks Colin. Yea, I use the images constantly, so I'll leave that one.
What about TrueImageMonitor.exe? I'm showing two loads of that one, one named TrueImageMonitor, and one named "SAOB Monitor" in the startup files.
They both are set to load. Do I need both/either of these? What are they for, part of the scheduled backup process?

TrueImageMonitor allows you to see the progress of tasks when they run and to manually run or cancel a task, any scheduled task will still run, but you wouldn't be able to open up True Image and just run a task if you wished.
SAOB is the Sync and Online Backup function, so if you have subscribed to OLB or use Synchronisation, this allows you to run these processes. These have an associated service and can be disabled if you never intend to use either of these functions. I would disable the service rather than just unticking the Config.sys entries.
To get to Services, press the Windows button + r, and type in services.msc. Then click on the disable button in the services panel.
I would leave TIMonitor running.

Colin, again, thanks. I'm not certain though that I was clear on one point: BOTH "SAOB Monitor" and TrueImageMonitor.exe, although labeled differently, are both calling TrueImageMonitor.exe. Is that supposed to be the case? Why would the same program be called twice?
