Acronos 2012 Install Rollback

Thread needs solution

I cannot install 2012 without getting a rollback error message. . I have sent the error support log three times to customer support with no response. I cannot get any online support without purchasing because I have an expired 2011 program . I cannot register the new program for support until is installed ! When I fill out the support form, there is no option to select 2012 version, only the 2011 program I had previously. I cannot get chat or phone support option on the support form. I am in a catch 22 with no way to receive support.

If you have a serial number (trial or paid) you can register it and get support.

Have you tried uninstalling the version 2011. Use the 2011 cleanup if needed. Link inside my signature below.

If you do not have a current backup, so it now before the uninstall and cleanup.

As dev-anon stated, there is a product registration option once you log into your personal account.
