After I backup the C Drive only, will I be able to see my 3 partitions?
My computer has a C Drive and 3 partitions (D,E and F)
I did a backup of my Computer (C Drive only) using Acronis True Image. I didn't have backup space to create an image of the C Drive plus the 3 partitions.
I have a question. When I restore the backup (C Drive only) will I see the 3 partitions? There would not be any data in them of course, but will they be visible? If they aren't visible, how do I restore them?

Bright1,
Here is what I recommend to be able to recover your computer entirely:
1) System backup
Create a disk and partition backup that contains the following partitions
- system reserved,
- system (C:)
- Data1 (D:)
If Data1 is too big for this backup to fit on your backup disk, you can exclude all the folders from Data1 (add file exclusion to the backup settings)
2) Data backup
Use Acronis or some sync software to backup all your data in Data1, Data2 and Data3
This way, if your Disk0 or Disk2 fails, you can simply copy back the content to it from your data backup
If your disk 1 fails, you can use ATI to restore it to a new disk, and you will get the system reserved, system C: and Data1 data partition back as they were, except that Data1 ill be empty. It is possible to restore only a subset of these partitions. YOu can restore only C:\ if you need to without affecting System Reserved or Data1.

Hi,
I don't understand the terms Disk0, Disk2, and disk 1. Can you explain these terms in a way that I can understand what they mean?
What is ATI?
Also, I don't understand the below sentences.
Can you explain these sentences in a way that I can understand what they mean?

ATI means Acronis True Image on this forum.
You have 3 physical disks in your system. What you see when you double click on "my Computer" are partitions. Your system data is stored in partitions, themselves located on physical disks. As you can see on the screenshot, your partitions are spread over several disks.
For example, when you create a new disk and partition backup with ATI 2012, you can click on the blue link in the upper right to enable to select multiple partitions, and click again to swith to disk mode. At this point, ATI is showing you the list of disks. See Grover's excellent guide here http://forum.acronis.com/forum/28705
If you do the backup I describe, you will be able to restore the C:\ partition, located on disk 1. YOu can restore it alone, or with the other partitions (system reserved or data1). In other words, you can restore any combination you want if needed. To restore, see for example http://forum.acronis.com/sites/default/files/mvp/user285/guides/tih2012…
