After Universal Restore, Windows 7 starts to boot and gets to splash screen then goes to system repair

Moving full drive backup from an AMD machine to an Intel motherboard and processor. OS is Windows 7 32 bit. Universal Restore gives warnings for 3 different Hardware ID's.
1. PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C82&SUBSYS_78501462&REV_00
2. PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8CA6&SUBSYS_78501462&REV_00
3. PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8CAD&SUBSYS_78501462&REV_00

I have loaded the Windows 7 on the target machine from a new install and everything boots fine. Using the new install, i have used Double Driver to backup all of the drivers to a flash drive. When i redo the restore, Universal Restore gives the same three warnings.

Issue is fixed! Acronis tech support sent me the following KB article: https://kb.acronis.com/content/46405. I went into Bios and changed the SATA from AHCI to IDE and Windows 7 booted correctly. This was a Mb setup issue not a universal restore issue.
