Android photo sync not working

Thread needs solution

Anyone has Android photo sync working with Acronis True Image 2014??
I selected the photo sync option which is supposed to sync my gallery, but whatever photos I have in my phone, nothing seems to get synched....
I use dropbox and this works perfect, but since this option is inside acronis now I would like it to work so that I can stop using dropbox.
Any one knows if it has to be a certain directory on the phone? I don't think this is adjustable in acronis??

Thanks for your answer, but I do not see how this link should solve my problem??
I have both a subscription for cloud and true image, but I do not want to sync folders, I have no use for that since I only have 1 computer, I am interested in using the gallery sync function in the android app. This function should theoretically copy all photo's in my android gallery to my cloud, this would be very handy because I do not have to copy them manually to my computer, I could just look at them or copy them on my computer directly from my cloud.
However this is not working, the gallery folder on my cloud stays empty no matter how many pictures I make. I also tried to copy some of the images in to different maps on my phone, even inside a Acronis directory that is on there since I installed the app, but it hasn't synched any picture so far, so it looks more like the function itself is not working then it is not synching, or it is still looking inside another directory of course...
Like said I use Dropbox for that now, any picture I take directly is in my Dropbox account as long as I am connected through WiFi (selectable only WiFi or always), so works perfect, but my Dropbox account is a free one, and I thought if the function is also in Acronis and I pay for it then why not use that?

Did you follow the instructions in the attached guide to turn on the sync function on your device or, if iOS device you only have upload only one way sync?

Yes thanks I have this document and read it, actually the only thing it says to do for automatic gallery sync, is to mark the checkbox next to photo sync:

Fichier attaché Taille

Have you checked your logon to your cloud account on your mobile device for accuracy?

yes because I have no problem at all looking at my cloud files from my phone, it is logged in correctly

Well, unfortunately I am at a loss here, it sounds to me like you everything setup correctly and it should work. The only thing I can think of is that your network router or possibly a firewall software is getting in the way.

that could be, but in my office it also does not work, and on my data subscription (GPRS) neither....and I have no firewall installed on my phone
I'm curious if it does work for someone....
