the application stop working
today when i tried to run acronis true image the next message show up :the application stop working.what can i do???

Does it show a dialog similar to the one in attach (Appcrash.png) ?

Uninstall Acronis. Launch msconfig, go to the services tab. First, uncheck "hide Microsoft services", then select "select all", then check "hide Microsoft services", then select "unselect all". This makes sure that only Microsoft services are enabled.
Go to the startup tab. Unselect all items there.
Restart.
Reinstall 2012. Verify that it is working properly. If it does, you have some conflict with some 3rd party software. You can identify this conflict by enabling half of the start up items, see if the problem comes back, and proceed by dichotomy until you have found the culprit in start up items or services.
If it is not working properly, there is a problem between ATI and your Windows. I am afraid only Acronis support can help you figure this out.

i reinstall an older build(6154) and updated to 7119.so far i have not any problem
