Hey!

Just want to tell you my support story.

  • I bought Ti2012 Pp cause Ti2010 does not work on my new PCs.
  • Afer i recognized some problems on recover i told acronis.
  • (i am not able to recover my images from WinPe 2.0,3.0,3.1)

  • 7 Month later i got the first answer. They asked if i got the same problems today.
  • 1 Month later they told the ultimate answer.
  • We are sorry but WinPe 3.1 is not supported by acronis

So take my advice if you are using WinPe 3.1 don't tell acronis ...
...I made my own expirance and will not use acronis anymore

BUT WHY : I don't get my money back i bought 3 Ti2012 Pp an can't use them

Thank you very much for your post and we are very sorry about this issue.

Currently we have 2 cases in our system, the first one from November 16, 2011 and the second one was opened recently. Could you send me a private message with the case number where you reported the issue 7 months ago, I would like to forward it to our Management team because I understand that this is unacceptable.

WinPe 3.1 is not supported by Acronis at the moment, just in case,the list of supported WinPe media is available here.

We are very sorry for not being able to refund your products. They are boxed versions and we are unable to refund them because they were purchased from a third-party store. Feel free to contact our Management team directly if you need additional assistance.
