ATI 2012 Automatic Backup Schedule no longer works

Recently when I open ATI 2012 Home version I continued to get a notice that there was an update to what I had. I blew it off until this past Tuesday, June 12. I currently have build 6131. I have ATI scheduled to do a backup every other day to an external drive. It worked on Monday, June 11, and on Tuesday I decided to go with the option of downloading and installing the update. It failed and, as I watched it, it said it was rolling back what it had tried to do. Since then my scheduled backups have failed. In looking at the log files I see and error saying Failed to open (initialize) the computer. Then it says Failed to initialize the snapshot manager library. I try to run it manually and and I get the same error message. Any Suggestions?
