ATI 2015 and Nonstop Backup

Thread needs solution

Are there any known issues with Acronis True Image 2015 (Build 6525) and Nonstop Backup? I haven't been able to setup Nonstop Backup for even a single document file on my system drive (SSD). Everything I have tried results in the message "The selected source is not supported by Nonstop Backup." (see attachment)

I am running Windows 8.1 Pro (Update 1 64-bit.)

I did not have this problem with build 5539.

I have exactly the same problem on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Is this an issue with SSD's? Win 8.1 Pro and Acronis True Image 2015 (Build 6525). Most annoying

If I am viewing your screenshot correctly you are attempting to backup Outlook email. The backup of Outlook email is not supported in True Image 2015 because the same is not supported in Win 8, 8.1 either. Seems Microsoft deems such a backup unneeded so TI has followed suit. I suspect that this is your issue. Having said that it is possible to force Windows thus TI to backup Outlook email. In the link below Mark Wharton does a superb job of explaining this situation and a workaround for it. Hope it helps!
