ATI 2015 is my newest nightmare!

Thread needs solution

I am considerably concerned about the implementation and bugs I have found in this product. Further, I have just discovered that any support you offer expired in November 2014. This is an unacceptable situation, and I hope you can understand my extreme frustration with your product, ATI 2015.

1. ATI 2015 has serious problems with ftp. When I attempt to use ftp as my destination, the tree shows the ip, yet it will not 'save' it. The only option available is 'cancel'. This makes using your product near impossible.

2. I cannot revert to a previous working version. IE ATI 2014 or 2013. The serial numbers for these products have been disabled, even though I own these products.

3. I attempted to re-install ATI 2015, and it forced me to download(then self install) the product all over again. I am on a restricted ISP and each MB counts. Having to re-download the product of over 200 MB is not acceptable, especially when I already have previous full versions(albeit unusable, see #2) ready to install.
The re-install failed, and the help sent me to your website and offered NO information. I now cannot install ATI 2015, which I've had for only a few months. If these issues cannot be resolved in a short period of time, I will be forced to request a refund for this product.

Remember you have only 30days after purchase to get a refund.

If you contact Acronis they should be able to fix your refund and licensing issue and get your 2014 license active. If 2014 is working for you, you won't see significant benefits with 2015 aside from Mac support and wireless support on the recovery CD.

As for your questions: 

1) Acronis True Image 2015 supports FTP as backup destination. If you experience any difficulties, please share illustrating screenshot and describe your scenario step-by-step. Please note that it is always recommended to have the latest product build installed. If you cannot download the latest build on the machine in question, please do it on any other machine.

2) I don't see any Acronis True Image 2014 registrations under your account, but the True Image 2013 by Acronis license purchased under this email is not deactivated, it is just registered under another your account. 

3) If you cannot download the latest build on the machine in question, please do it on any other machine.
