ATI Sync Service stops working?

So ATI 2012 has been working with no problems. I do not use sync. I just backup to my other drive. I have notice when I run ATI and do a backup it runs with no problems. I do notice in Action Center/Maintenance/Reliability history there is an error that sync service has stopped working but when I check the service it is running. Anyone else see this. I run Win7 64bit. I installed ATI 2012 over 2011 with no problems but this.

There has to be a problem with the service because I don't even use Sychronization and it is stopping two or three times a day in the Win7 Reliabilty history. Does anyone else see this?

Yes, once, shortly after installing TIH 2012 under my Win7x64 OS. Mine was a "clean" install with the previous TIH version completely removed first, although I did leave Disk Director 2011 in place.

Since I no longer use the Sync Agent service (startup changed from automatic to manual) I haven't seen the same "service stopped working" error again. In my case, the details of the error were as follows:

Frankly, it sometimes seems to me that each Acronis version tries to surpass its previous record of premature release bugs, but I'm inclined to blame the "marketeering experts" more than the developers for that all too common phenomenon.

Since setting the service to manual start I have not received any errors.

I use Sync Agent Service for synchronizing 4 folders from local hard disk to an USB disk. I have Win7x64 OS, but in event log and in reliability report I have many entries about crashing syncagentsrv, about every one hour.

syncagentsrv.exe is always crashing after about one hour and then the service is restarted by OS.

Anybody some knowledge about this errors?
