Hi Grover - this is an update from Build 6131 (BTW, ATIH12 Plus Pack) to the latest version (Build 7119, I think?). I will re-try the download and install and report back.

Uninstall the plus pack before attempting to install the base program.

Hi again, G - to make sure I understand you correctly, are you suggesting I need to uninstall Plus Pack during my next attempt at the download Update? Or do you mean when/if I have to try a complete uninstall/re-install?
Thanks for the help!

What I am suggesting is that before you attempt to install the 7119 base program, uninstall the plus pack for the 6131. I believe you will still find the plus pack still listed under the P in the Add/remove programs.
After you have the base 7119 program properly installed or repaired and working, then install the 7119 plus pack.
Ultimately, you may have to perform an uninstall on the base program before you attempt to reinstall the base again.
If none of the above work, you may need to use the 2012 cleanup tool and start over with a fresh install of 7119.

One other comment - in "Disk and partition backup," it SEEMS that Acronis cannot "read" my computer drives or partitions (fyi, it can read my files if I choose "File backup" in "Other backups").......I am surprised that Acronis does not have a utility or tools to re-scan my drives and partitions. Then (I would assume) the "Source" dropdown would be re-populated and I could do a disk/partition back up.....
Just a thought...........

It looks like ATI didn't install correctly.
Try this:
Uninstall the Plus Pack
Uninstall ATI
Run the True Image 2012 Clean Up Utility found here. http://kb.acronis.com/content/24545
Follow ALL the instructions, until the very last!
Follow these instructions to manually remove snapman if something is left: http://kb.acronis.com/content/1620
Create a clean boot environment with msconfig (disable all non-Microsoft services, all startup items)
Reboot
Reinstall ATI and the Plus Pack
Verify your problem is solved
Put msconfig back to where it was.

Hi All - just one last question before I head forward.....IF I have to uninstall the ATIH 2012 build 6131 (and do the other cleanups) and do a re-install right to 7119, will the 7119 build be able to install "fresh" given that my ATIH 2012 build 6131 was an upgrade from an ATIH 11 upgrade?
Hope I am being clear.....;-)
Thanks!

From a serial number standpoint, installing 7119 will NOT differ from when installing 6131. YOu wiill still need the same serial numbers as before. The original serial of whatever original TI plus the upgrade serial number.
The 7119 is a full standalone install and does not need a prior install of anything else.
