ATIH 2010 build 7046: No log entries in GUI, even though log files exist

On XP SP3 Home. This is perhaps similar to article 15037. But my backups are generally working fine, and if I look in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs, I can see there are a months worth of log files (two partition backups each day, each backup log in a separate file) and the file contents generally show successful completion.

But in the GUI, if I go to "Tasks & Log", and select the "Log" tab, no logs are shown, it just says "No items for the selected period". The calendar at the top shows future dates blue (scheduled task), and past dates with no color (neither success nor failure). I have been careful to select the range of dates that matches the dates of the log files, and I have also tried the "Show all" button. And I have both pressed and unpressed all three filter buttons (for errors, warnings, and informationals). I used to be able to see the logs in the GUI, I don't know what happened to cause them to disappear.

One problem I had a while back was the "missing pair script" problem, so I followed the steps in article 1785, installed Scheduler 461, zapped the tasks, and created new ones. This solved the missing pair script problem. And I'm 90% sure that I was still seeing the logs okay in the gui after that - but I'm not 100% sure, the logs stopped showing up in the gui fairly soon after upgrading the scheduler and re-creating the tasks...

I have a system report all ready to go if that would help.

I just deleted the system report I'd attached, since it seems they are publicly visible...

Anybody have any idea about this? My daily backups are working okay, and log files are being written to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs - it maintains a month's worth of logs (Tue__11_Dec__2012_16_00_03.log to Thu__10_Jan__2013_06_00_02.log).

But when I run ATI 2010 and go to the Log tab of Tasks and Log, there are no log entries ("No items for the selected period"). I'm very familiar with the interface, and have all three buttons (Error, Warn, Info) pressed, and have selected a period from 11-Dec to 10-Jan, also tried the "Show all" button. All I can think of is that maybe updating the scheduler to version 461 as I noted in the original post caused the problem - perhaps it creates log files with a slightly different format? I've attached a sample log file, and a screenshot
