ATIH 2010 crash when setting up e-mail backup
When I try to set yo an e-mail backup on ATIH2010 the program crashes.
1). select tasks and log
2). select unscheduled tasks
3). select create new backup using right click
4). select e-mail
5). expand Microsoft Outlook in the right pane
6). expand profiles
7). expand outlook
Crash now happens
I am running as a non admin user using UAC to run ATIH and wanting to backup the e-mail data in my non admin account.
Somehow I don't this this is going to be possible as IMHO it should be asking me to select the user before it tries to go down the files to backup path.
So if I have a number of users each with different e-mail accounts using Outlook how do I get a task to backup each one separately?
PST files may or may not be part of each e-mail profile - can I select which PST files ATIH will interrogate for the backup task?
