ATIH 2011 and Seagate GoFlex 2TB NAS

I have tried to run a file backup (around 50 Gb) on my Dell PC running XP Home (SP3) to a Seagate GoFlex 2 TB NAS using Acronis True Image Home 2011 Update 3 (build 6942). The backup ran for 24 hours and looked like it would never finish so I cancelled it.

The GoFlex is visible and is working correctly for other applications and ATIH has been working okay when backing up to a Seagate USB drive.

It appears that there is a probelem with ATIH 2011 and GoFlex NAS.

I have reviewed the forum and other sites but have not found a solution although there is a suggestion that there is a version of ATIH that is specifically for GoFlex. I have three licences for ATIH 2011 and three PCs (XP, Vista, Win7) and need a solution to be able to continue my backups.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
