ATIH 2012 problems with shutdown

Thread needs solution

Following issues with the option "Shut down the computer after the backup is complete".

1. As long as the option "Do not show messages and dialogs while processing (silent mode)" is enabled Acronis does not shut down (although the backup was successful without any errors or warnings). Instead Acronis is waiting for an user input while trying to shut down. You can see this in the log file. The log file shows following: Waiting for shutdown: Cancel/Shutdown. This means ATIH 2012 is waiting for an input from the user.
But due to the option "Do not show messages and dialogs while processing (silent mode)" is enabled the window with "Waiting for shutdown: Cancel/Shutdown" does not show up (what is intended that there is no pop-up window in silent mode). But nevertheless the system HAS to shut down if "Shut down the computer after the backup is complete" is enabled, no matter if an user action is required or not. And more than ever if "Do not show messages and dialogs while processing (silent mode)" is selected because there is no chance to see any request from Acronis.
If you de-select "Do not show messages and dialogs while processing (silent mode)" Acronis is shutting down as expected.
This has nothing to do with "Verification Backup" enabled. Same problem no matter if backup verification is enabled or not.
This buggy behavior is true for scheduled and non-scheduled backups.

I would expect that Acronis HAS to shut down as long as the option "Shut down the computer after the backup is complete" is enabled no matter if the option "Do not show messages and dialogs while processing (silent mode)" or any other option is enabled or not.

Briefly:
- "Shut down the computer after the backup is complete" AND "Do not show messages and dialogs while processing (silent mode)" is enabled -> NO shutdown
- "Shut down the computer after the backup is complete" is enabled and "Do not show messages and dialogs while processing (silent mode)" is disabled -> shutdown works

2. "Shut down the computer after the backup is complete" is enabled. Backup has errors -> no shutdown. Again. If "Shut down the computer after the backup is complete" is enabled the system HAS to shut down no matter what is the status of the backup. Or if it is intended that the system shouldn't shut down on errors there have to be something like "force shutdown".

3. I do not see any screenshot as long as "Shut down the computer after the backup is complete" is selected. If "Shut down the computer after the backup is complete" is not selected screenshots are available. Of course I have selected the screenshot option. According to the manual the screenshot is taken before the backup starts. Therefore it should be independent of the automatic shutdown option. Why is that?

Thank You
