ATIH2012 Try and Decide RE-boots Computer

Thread needs solution

ATIH2012 Try and Decide problem, reboots computer.

My wife's computer is having trouble running "Acronics True Image Home 2012"
this is replacing version 2011 whitch was running perfectly. She has a Dell
Inspiron 530 with Windows Vista operating system, She dosn't use it too often
and up until we installed version 2012 have never had a problem.
The problem is with "Try and decide" when we try to run it, it starts out
telling to wait a few minutes then after about 1 minute it reboots the
computer without warning, anything she has open is lost. When it is finished
re-booting the computer takes a long time to finish starting up again,
sometimes "Try and Decide" is loaded and sometimes not, usually when
re-booting has finished there appears a POP UP BOX from Microsoft with a
message about Windows having an Unexpected shutdown and asking us to
send them the information so they can check it out.I bought two licenses for
this program and the other one is on my computer, A Dell Inspiron 545 With
Windows 7 operating system, it's working OK.
On my wife's computer I have run a repair on it twice, reinstall it twice
over the installed one and finally uninstalled it completely and did a
new install, nothing worked still re booting when try running Try and Decide.
Can you help me?

Thank you

No Comments not even from Acronis, well here is how I fixed it:
Was using ATIH 1012 Build 6131 uninstalled and reinstalled twice, still causing computer to reboot.
Uploaded and installed build 6154, No change still causing Re-Boot .
Uninstalled ATIH 1012 completely, computer settled down, NO problems.
Finally Re-Installed ATIH 2011, BINGO! everything settled down, Try & Decide working great, Computer likewise.
So Much for paying good money to go backwords, Acronis, watch your currently good reputation, I AM.
