Attaching Machine Name to a Back Up by default

I just installed 2012 after years of using 2002. Is there a way to have 2012 attach by default Machine Name and Date to the name of the .tib file? I know it can be done manually but since I want it on all of my backups it sure would be nice if it could be done by default.
