Backing Up Bootcamp partition
I know in the past True Image did not support backing up a Bootcamp partition. Has this changed? The program looks like it might be listing my Bootcamp partition as something that can be backed up by sector. But the size reported is wrong. Thanks much.

This article seems to imply that True image 2013 supports apple macs as long as the OS is installed in MBR mode.
5684: EFI Based Operating Systems Support in Acronis Products
I checked using diskmgmt.msc and MY win 7 is installed in MBR mode.
However when I launch "try and decide" I an error message tells me the computer has GPT disks only.
I have installed True image 2013 and was able to create a backup.
I want to do a 'practice' recovery before committing to acronis
Do I understand article 5684 correctly in that if the OS is installed in MBR mode then I can use True image?

I'm interested in a response here, I run Windows on Macs at my home, love their hardware, HATE Mac OS.

I am not sure whethe this works also on the 2013, but at some time I managed to do this by simply adding a USB stick (just as a dummy) to the Mac, which was then recognized as a 'real' disk. ( Posted this somewhere else at this forum)
After that I could perform backup with Acronis as usual.
Give it a try.
But to be honest I did only backup of files/ folders, not a full drive image.
