Backup of email is miniscule

I have windows Live mail on a HP win 7 64. In my email client I have around 75 folders I created with info for various topics and people. Neither the online backup or 2011 Home can back these folders up which means in the event of a failure, a massive amount of data is going to be lost.

This needs to be addressed.

Thank you for your post, I will be glad to address your question.

I have checked all our internal resources: Live Mail is usually backed up correctly, unless one's using Windows Live Essentials2011. At the moment LE 2011 is not supported, and as a workaround we would advise to use LE 2009. You can find more details in this KB article.

In case you're not using Live Essentials 2011, then we need to take a closer look at the issue. Could you please gather System Report, screenshots of the issue, and submit a case with the information attached, and let us know its number.
