Backup error to mapped network drive in win7

Thread needs solution
Hi
I'm having problems backing up to a network drive on a samba/fc10 server from a windows 7 box using True Image 2011
The resource is mapped to a drive letter, and mounts correctly on login and can be accessed with full read/write from explorer in the usual way
login credentials for the share are different from the Win7 credentials but I have separate credentials setup in windows credential manger and as far as explorer goes it all seems to work
However trying to back up files with ATIH 2011 gives me an error and here are the releveant lines i guess from the log file
<event code="10" id="13" level="2" line_tag="0xC4AB60A831327F0C" message="Error occurred while creating the file." module="4" time="1283550725" />
<event code="65520" id="14" level="2" line_tag="0xBD28FDBD64EDB8BC" message="Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password" module="0" time="1283550725">
So I'm betting it's a credentials thing and Acronis is using the user credentials rather than the alternatives needed to access the share
Or maybe not ... after all the share is already mounted !
Anyone any ideas on this one ?

Somethings to try.

1. Try UNC addressing rather than mapped - TI tends to be a little less finicky with that type of setup.

2. Open up Service.msc and change the log on user in Scheduler 2 to you rather than the system.

3. Assuming the above don't work - delete the entry for the server in Windows Credentials, then run TI enter the appropriate credentials, all should then work.

3 worked - thanks :-)

Destination was already in UNC and couldn't restart the service if i changed the logon, FWIW
