Backup failed - Event Code 0x0004000D

Thread needs solution

I have created a scheduled backup task to backup the system each day on OS start. It's an incremental backup, creating a new file with full backup every 2 weeks. If 3 full backup files exist 1 is to be deleted.

The incremental backup part seemed to work just fine for a period of 2 weeks until the programm had to create a new file for a full backup. The backup is aborded at 56% where it says that the backup is being cosolidated.

translation of the german error message:
details:
The Cloning of a backup failed. Eighter the backup ist damaged or it was not possible to write data.
file is damged (0x4000D)
Tag = 0x639CC48216FA4C2A: None

I allready tried installing the newest version of the scheduler as this was described as a solution in a different post with a seemingly quite simmilar problem.

I have the same exact problem and the event code when researched comes back as no solution available. I can't get anyone at Acronis to reply and am getting really frustrated. The back up worked just fine while I was trying it out for the test period and hasn't had a successful back up yet. I always get the message the back up is completed but the calendar says it's failed. When I check the log it said the procedure was completed but with errors. That doesn't give me any piece of mind that I actually have a back up, should my computer crash!!! Any suggestions????
