Backup file size is small

I performed my first complete backup using True Image Home 2012 Plus. My disk drive has approx 167GB of data used. The backup was approx 129GB of data. Can that be right? What files would be missing?

Is the 129GB the final TIB file size? Compression is used. Also, page and hibernation files are excluded.
