Backup keeps reappearing that I did not schedule

Thread needs solution

I have two backups with an odd name (664f30c3-8a78-11e1-a755-806e6f6e6963 and 664f30c4-8a78-11e1-a755-806e6f6e6963) that keep trying to backup that I have not created. I assumed it was thru windows backup so I turned off my windows backup but it still keeps trying to backup. It seems to have been successful when I look at the backup screen on Acronis but when I go to the location where it should have backed up nothing is there. I delete it and it just keeps coming back. Can someone help me fix this annoying problem.

Not sure what you need here is a little about my computer
OS Window 7 64 bit
I have attached the event log and an image of my home screen of Acronis for both backups it shows

Thanks,
Veronica

Those two backups are Windows Image backups created by the Windows 7 image backup utility. The file dates look new, so I think you may still have the Windows 7 backup utility scheduled to run these.

Your settings for True Image version (?) are set to find and list all backups on your connected drives.

The two backups listed are not scheduled to run in Acronis (as they are Windows backup images), but just listed there.

You can right click on the listed backup and remove them from the list.

Depending on which version of True Image you have, you may be able to turn off the automatic listing of all found backup files (both Windows Image backups and True Image backups.
