backup multi boot (3 OS windows) on there on hard drive?

Is it possible to back up 3 versions of windows, win7, win8 and win7 again, each on their own hard drive?.
A new version of win 7 was installed last.
My pc is getting old and I want a back up so I can restore to a new computer.
