Backup to NAS Drive continues to fail even after Upgrade from ATI 2013 to ATI 2014

Thread needs solution

Hi
I have the following network setup:

- ADSL Modem
- Linksys WiFi router
- Seagate GoFlex Home 3TB NAS Drive
- USB multiport hub connected to the USB port on GoFlex NAS
- Three drives connected to the USB Hub: (a) Seagate Expansion Drive 4 TB (b) Seagate 1 TB (c) WD My Book 500 GB.

Any operations with the above configuration has no issues, whether synchronising with Goodsync or Allwaysync or working directly from all these four drives on my laptop connected on Wifi. Except when backing up using ATI 2013 and now ATI 2014. Thinking that Acronis may have solved their problem of 2013 on this new version, I fooled myself into upgrading to 2014. My first attempt at backing up from the USB Hub-connected Seagate 1 TB (full of pictures) to the Expansion drive (all wired by USB) while using ATI 2014 on my laptop over WiFi failed miserably. I am attaching the zip logfile created by clicking "SAVE ALL TO FILE".

Another thing I have been finding annoying with ATI 2013 and 2014 is that every time a back up fails, the folder being backed up from or to on the Expansion Drive has a changed filename such as, PICTURES changes to PICTURES-1. And then obviously ATI cant access the original folder "PICTURE" as its name has got changed by itself to PICTURE-1.

So far I have NEVER been successful with a single backup in the past 6 months with ATI 2013 and now 2014, so you see how stupid I am?

This is only an ATI issue. Backup4all and others haven't had this issue.
I am attaching two screenshots of the problem.

The best thing here is that Acronis don't bother resolving issues and are happy to be paid on per pay basis. Bad software - cheap gimmicks.

Sorry but is there someone who knows how to resolve this and can help?

Whilst everything else may be happy using an external USB hub, True Image often isn't. The first thing to check is does TI sprng into life if you disconnect the hub and directly attach one of the drives?

Is this a powered hub?

I too have been unsuccessful in backing up to a Seagate Business Storage 2-Bay 4TB NAS since 09/2014. I talked to Seagate and was told that Acronis was working on the problem. But Acronis does not admit to having problems. If Acronis does not very soon fix, I will take my business elsewhere. They have already lot my business, as I was going to buy another copy and have not done so.
