Backup runs fine - is marked "completed", but calendar shows red (Failed) instead of green (Successful)

This started happening ever since I upgraded from Acronis True Image Home 2009 to 2010 in July of this year.

I run a backup every night, and it seems to run fine, except that the calendar for that day shows red (failed). This started happening with the first backup under the 2010 version and I have just ignored it. I have explored the backup files and they look to be fine. But I'm concerned that something might be wrong, and that I might not be able to recover if I needed to.

Has anyone else had this happen? Any idea on how to fix this?

OK, I think I found the answer here on the forum. It's a credentialing problem. I have updated my credentials and we'll see how tonight's backup works.
