Unfortunately the information you've provided is not sufficient for localizing the issue, so we will need additional diagnostic information. Please also note that Acronis True Image Home 11 is an outdated product, it's no longer updated, developed and supported, and we don't have many options here, as we cannot forward the issue to support.

I would advise you to download the trial version of the Acronis True Image Home 2011, it's valid for 30 days, and the only limitations are: clone feature is not available, and the bootable media can recover only. You can test whether the issue remains, and in case it does, gather Acronis Info, submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.

Die Version 11 wurde im Jahr 2011 gekauft wegen Windows 7. Bei der alten Version war beim Auschalten ein Abbruch des Jobs möglich und die Zeitdauer wurde angezeigt. Dies fehlt nun bei Version 11. Dies ist ein arger Mangel!
