Backup task runs on every computer start

Even though I have asked the task not to run if missed, TIH 2010 tries to run most times I start my W7 laptop. I am backing up to NAS and it looks like TIH tries to start running before my network connections have completed so it almost always fails. I allow it to fail then sometimes I get a lot of source read errors, but it won't tell me where these are (disk 2 and disk 7 are the most detail I get) and if I then manually start the task it runs OK.

Any ideas anyone?
