Backups are running for days but True Image says "not yet backed up"

Thread needs solution

I have True Image 2013 installed and I set up some new backups. One backup is my full c: disk. The second is just data from my secondary hard drive, which backs up onto my NAS.

Of the two backups both appear to be running. They are both scheduled to start at 09:00 and I can see on my NAS that a .tib file is created daily. For for the second one, the one that backs up my entire disk, on the list of backups in True Image, it says "not backed up yet" even though a daily backup is being taken.

Thanks!

Oh and there's no "Recovery" button so I don't think I could recover files even if I wanted to.

The program will not run two at once but will put one into queue for a later run.
Consider changing the schedule for the NAS backup to be scheduled a few minutes later so you always know which is run first and avoid the two scheduled at the same time.

The "not backed up" issue appears fixed in the 2014 version whichis what I have installed.
This message appeared when the backup had not been performed as a scheduled backup and disappeared after a schedule backup was completed.

Have you tried the "Browse for Backups" and "Add to list" routine. That may add it to the existing task and it may produce the Recover Option as well.

I've updated to the latest build. I've also hit "Backup now". The recover button has now appeared and it says "Backed up at 16:52". This seems ok now. I've scheduled the second backup for an hour later.
