Backups have begun failing - Acronis claims it can not open destination

Hi there!
For some reason, backups have started failing, I've ran these for months without problem.
True Image home claims it can not open the destination, which is a lie.
I can access the nas drive from anywhere, including from True Image home.
If I go into settings and re-apply the backup path to the SAME path, it works, once.
Next time it fails.
This must be a bug?!?
the log is full of this:
HAVE been working fine for a long time and there's no problem to my other NAS.
Tips ideas?

Tried removing all mapped drives, just in case, we'll see if tonights backups fail.
I've tested them all manually now and it's working.
